First attempt at floral

So it is a beautiful day outside but as I'm full of the cold I thought I would try and cheer myself up with some pretty floral nails summer nails! Everything was done with a small dotting tool.

Next time I will do photo stages but just a quick run down. I started with 2 coats of Barry M in Matt White, then using Nails Inc Baker St and a dotting tool I made 5 smallish dots in the shape of a flower. Once dried I added 5 dots of the same size in Pepperminty by Ciate and finally added a centre in Big Yellow Taxi by Ciate. I finished the design off by filling in a bit of the white space with some Mojito by Ciate spots and a top coat of Rimmel Finishing Touch 3D which I have ben pleasantly surprised by!

I will hopefully get better at this blogging thing! Do you have any good tips for a Floral beginner? Let me know below!

I decided since I spend far too long reading nail art blogs every day I should try my own. 

I don't have the steadiest hand so this is probably a bit more amateur than some blogs but I hope it might make people realise it is easier than it looks!
